도심의 스카이라인을 점유하는 최상층, 100평(약 330㎡) 규모의 익스클루시브(Exclusive) 홀을 디자인하였다.
6미터 2개층 높이의 홀의 정면은 기둥과 보를 생긴대로 마감하고, 유리커튼월을 노출시킴으로써 개방감을 높이고, 기능을 고려해 흡음성능을 높인 커텐을 설치하였다.
바닥 전면에 시공된 프리미엄 솔리드 원목 마루는 거대한 공간에 깊이 있는 텍스처와 따뜻한 내추럴 무드의 베이스를 형성한다.
스테이지와 천장부 특수 조명 시스템이 완비되어있어 행사의 성격에 따라 드라마틱하고 입체적인 씬(Scene)을 연출할 수 있다. 이곳에서는 컨퍼런스와 공연 및 각종 연회와 프라이빗한 행사를 진행 할 수 있다.
We designed an exclusive hall of about 100 pyeong (approximately 330 square meters) on the top floor occupying the city skyline.
The front of the 6-meter, two-story hall was finished with columns and beams as they originally were, and glass curtain walls were left exposed to enhance openness and install curtains that improve sound absorption for functional purposes.
The premium solid wood flooring installed across the floor creates a deep texture and a warm, natural-based atmosphere in this vast space.
It is fully equipped with a special lighting system for the stage and ceiling area so,depending on the nature of the event, it creates a dramatic and three-dimensional scene.
It can host conferences, performances, various banquets, and private events.
