자녀들이 집을 떠난 후, 다시 원래 집으로 돌아온 부부를 위해 아늑하고, 개성을 담은 집을 만드는 프로젝트이다.
기존의 불편했던 기능을 개선하고, 심플한 디테일로 마감하였으며, 초록색 인조대리석과 분홍색 세면대, 그리고 칼라플한 타일등은 주인의 개성을 표현하는데 사용되었다.
넓은 발코니는 확장을 하는 대신 폴딩도어를 달아 발코니의 기능은 유지하고, 확장감도 줄 수 있도록 하였다.
정 남향의 거실로 많은 양의 빛이 유입되어, 직접조명은 최소화하고, 간접조명을 최대한 활용하였다.
오크 원목마루로 따뜻한 느낌과 아늑함을 주고,
벽에는 채도가 높지 않은 블루톤 스페셜페인트로 페인팅하여, 차분한 분위기로 연출하였다.
It is a project to create a cozy, personality-filled house for the couple whose children have left home and returned to their original home. Existing uncomfortable functions were improved, and simple details were finished, and green artificial marble, pink sink, and tiles used to express the owner’s personality.
Instead of expanding the wide balcony, foldingdoors were installed to maintain the function of the balcony and give it a sense of expansion.
A large amount of light flowed into the livingroom facing south, minimizing direct lighting and making the most of indirect lighting. The oak wooden floor gave a feeling of warm and cosy, and wall was painted with a blue-tone special paint with low saturation, creating a calm atmosphere.
