청담동에 위치한 30년 된 아파트이다, 오래된 형식으로 지어져 천정이 낮고, 평수에 비해 좁아보이는 단점을 가지고 있었다.서재를 제외한 모든 방을 확장하여, 공간을 최대한 확보하고, 거실과 주방에 일직선의 간접조명을 설치하여, 공간의 확장감을 주었다.
다각형의 주방은 직선으로 정리하고, 남겨진 짜투리 공간은 창고로 만들었다. 직선으로 길어진 십일자형 대면형 주방은 작업공간을 확보할 뿐 아니라, 식탁과 연결되면서 동선은 간결해졌다.
확장으로 인해 여유있어진 방에는 각각 수납과 서재기능을 추가하였다.
바닥, 벽, 천정은 화이트칼라를 사용하였고, 문과 가구 마감에는 오크칼라의 무늬목을 사용하였다.
It is a 30-year-old apartment located in cheongdam-dong, and has the disadvantage of low ceiling and looking narrower than the acreage because it was built in an old farmat. All rooms except the studyroom were expanded to secure as much space espansion. The polygonal kitchen was organized in a straight line, and the remaining space was made into a warehouse. The straight-line 11 line face-to-face kitchen not only secured a work space, but also simplified as it was connedted to the table.Storage and study fuction were added to the rooms that were free due to the expansion, respectively. The floor,wall,and ceiling were white-collar, and oak wood veener was used for doors and furniture finishes.
