노후된 라운지와 강의실을 리노베이션 하는 프로젝트이다.크게 공용공간과 강의공간으로 나뉜다.공용공간은 휴식과 모임의 공간으로 구성된다.
반원형의 평면은 구조적 해결을 위해 기둥이 형성되어 있어, 그 기둥을 기준으로 노출천장과 EXPENDEDMETAL 천장으로 분리하여 자 연스러운 공간분리를 하였으며, 기둥은 슈퍼미러로 마감하여, 시각적 부담감을 줄여주었다.
두개의출입구와,두개의복도가있어, 동선은 순환된다.
강의공간은 벽체를 이중으로 형성하여, 기능에 충실함과 동시에 목모보드를 좁고 긴 폭으로 설치하여, 흡음기능을 만족시키고, 패턴을 통한 리듬감을 형성하였다.
바닥은 두가지 칼라로 배색주어, 회사를 상징하는 패턴을 표현해주어, 활기를 불어넣었다.
건물1층에서올라오는 기울어진 기둥 4개는 형태를 살리고, 기둥사이에 선반을 조성하여, 간단한 전시가 가능하도록 하였다. 기둥과 선반 마감에 사용된 마감재는 친환경 유럽산 바이록 시멘트 판넬이다. 이를 정교하게 가공하여 시공하여, 러프하지만 러프하기 않은 느낌을 준다.
This is a project to renovate an aging lounge and lecture room.It is broadly divided into a common area and a lecture space.The common space consists of areas for rest and gathering.
The semi-circular floor plan includes columns for structural support, and based on these columns, the space is divided into an exposed ceiling and an exposed metal ceiling, creating a natural sense of spatial separation. The columns are finished with a super mirror to reduce visual bulk.
There are two entrances and two corridors, so the circulation path loops.The lecture space features double-layered walls, faithfully serving their function while installing the wood-mo boards in a narrow, elongated width, thereby satisfying the sound-absorbing function and creating a rhythmic feel through the pattern.
The floor was color-blocked in two colors, and a pattern symbolizing the company was incorporated, bringing a sense of vitality.
The four leaning columns rising from the first floor of the building were preserved in their original form, and shelves were installed between them to allow for simple exhibitions. The finishing material used for the pillars and shelves is eco-friendly European-by-lock cement panels. They are finely crafted and installed to give a rough yet not overly rough appearance.
